We are here today about a car accident that happened on january twenty ninth, twenty twenty one that involved defendant Stefan Green and I on eastbound of Avenida Vista Hermosa in Saclemente, California. The case were on trial from november thirteenth through november twenty first, twenty twenty four. We are here today because I believe three critical mistakes happen at the trial court that violate due process, the evident code and the right to a fair jury trial making any verdict improper under the law. Mistake number one. The austerity shown by the court to me After my opening statement create should a actual and perceived bias to violate due process.
