Okay. Good morning, Your Honor, Your Honor, Your Honor. Thank you for allowing me the time here today to to hear my case. My name's Jeff Wilson, and the reason I'm here today is to appeal a decision that I I felt ignored the facts of the case. So I've submitted my brief and hopefully you guys have had a chance to to read and digest that. Um the process for me, the divorce process took approximately three years and over the course of that time I started to to understand how the process works, um the ins and outs of things and How? you know, I would spend hours with my attorney going back and forth to prepare a brief and a response, um, exhibits, emails, text messages, things like that and proof as to, you know, my case and then

you you get your day in court and then you'd have a tentative or preliminary decision posted outside the courtroom. And then if you didn't agree with that, then you would go in and and basically argue your case. So as that process went along for me, I started to realize that some very important and very major facts of the case were were not being considered. So a ruling would be made preliminarily and then uh as we went in and argued I would realize that that, you know, again, major facts of the case were were not even considered or I guess I felt like the briefs weren't even being read by the judge. And so that's the reason why I'm here today is, you know, what I've submitted. I I just want to make sure that all of that is is very clear, that if there's any questions, you know, I want to be able to to comment on that and and and reiterate, you know, many of those facts here.

You know, I'm not trying to reverse any of the major decisions that were made in the divorce case, but you know, I feel like with this small decision, I just want to To see that the facts are considered and and in my opinion that that justice has been served uh in this case. And I I feel like it's very cut and dry and very simple. So You know, I don't know if if I should go through and kind of reiterate everything that, you know, I submitted in my brief, but you know, again, I just want to make it clear that, you know, the primary fact in the case was that um you know, in order for me to utilize this five twenty nine plan the way you know, it was deemed that I was supposed to be using it. Um it was just completely not possible.
