So with that in mind, I'm uh going to start with uh the case uh that this panel uh is uh pointing here. It is number eleven On the calendar. It's the matter of Adam Fleurot versus Superior Court people or the real party in interest. And unfortunately, I I am not aware, Madam Clerk, who's appearing uh remotely and who's appearing in person. So I'm going to be, I see that they are both in person. So I'm going to ask the appellants' attorney first to state his presence, spelling of the last.
