Those of you who appear here often know about how we do the panel changes and go from one case to another. Madam Clerk, good morning. I hope your spirits are good this morning. And you, you're ready for anything, right? Good morning. We have a special guest in the audience, a lady named Romaine, Regina Romaine. Is she here? Good morning. You know, all of my colleagues, but especially Justice Codron, are good for mentoring and inspiring people. So you couldn't have picked a better person to collaborate with on your career and your your future choices, all of which are in front of you. And I would probably think very, very exciting choices that you're going to make as you decide what to do. And that may take you into our legal profession, as I understand it.

Well, one of the associations, if you can call it that, that I am most proud of is, for the past 35 years, having appeared before our lawyers, many of whom are just outstanding, the best that our profession has to offer. And many of them appear in Divisions 1. and three as well. But it makes it a little bit easier for us on this side of the bench to look at those cases, review them, examine them, because we have good input. We don't always give counsel the result they want, but we bring good ears and we bring a healthy appetite to inquire about sometimes in some of these cases. So if ever you find yourself getting lost and trying to figure out what to do, This place is the place to be to see some of the best lawyers to conduct appellate practice.

Morris, which you may be familiar with, but it just was released yesterday afternoon by the California Supreme Court on aiding and abetting. So if we need supplemental briefing on that case, and if you're not aware of it, we'll invite you to do supplemental briefing, but it will depend.
