Good morning, everybody. It is ten o'clock in the morning on September twenty-fourth, twenty twenty-six, and I will call to order the meeting of the Austin City Council. Um we're uh meeting in the city council chambers located in City Hall at three oh one West Second Street in Austin, Texas, and a quorum of the city council is present. Uh the order for the day is that in a moment I'll read changes and corrections into the record uh to make the official record of the changes and corrections. We will then go to our consent agenda. Uh members I don't have any items that have been pulled from the consent agenda other than in the normal course and I'll talk about that in just a second. But if anybody has an item they wish to pull from the consent agenda, please let me know.
We will then take up non consent items. Uh we have two items referred from council committees, items seventy two and seventy three. We will take up imminent domain. Those are items seventy four through seventy eight. We have public hearings, items seventy nine, eighty, uh eighty one, eighty two, and ninety nine. For the record, item number eighty one on our agenda, which is a public hearing, has been withdrawn. Item number eighty one has been withdrawn from the agenda, so I will not be calling that up as an agenda item. If you are here or signed up to speak on item number eighty one, we will not call it up. It has been withdrawn. Uh also with regard to um Uh we we have a public hearing on item number eighty three.
Item number eighty three is related to a zoning case, item number ninety two. I will call up the public hearing on Item No. eighty three during our two o'clock time certain, which deals with zoning items. For those that are not familiar with the system, two o'clock time certain, we deal with zoning items. And those are items eighty four through ninety three on our agenda today. But I will hold off calling up the public hearing on eighty three until that time certain. The way I will do this is we will have the public hearing on item number eighty three, we will close the public hearing, then we'll pull up item number ninety two, we will hear from any speakers that have signed up on item number ninety two, and then we will deal with the action items.
At noon or thereabouts, as close as I can get to it, uh we will have our public communications. We will recess uh around twelve thirty, twelve thirty five for live music and then um we'll take up what other uh items we haven't made it to at that point in time, up to and getting close to our two o'clock time certain and around two o'clock we will take up the time certain. Members, is there any are there any questions with regard to the order of the day? Okay, that I will read changes and corrections into the record. Item number eighty one. Item number eighty one. I've already said this out loud a couple of times, but I want to read it officially into the record. When public hearings are taken up, this item, item eighty one, will be withdrawn, meaning we will not take I take up the item.
Um before we get started with the consent agenda, let me point out that uh in Austin we sometimes talk about Nimbys and Yimbees, but today is Timby Bray's Timby. Timby's birthday and I want to point that out. So we we also celebrate Timby's. He finally turned twenty one and um so we're we're very excited for him. I also want to point out, because I I w I just get a kick out of the fact that this is the case, is that on Monday The mayor pro tim Council Member Harper Madison and Council Member Fuentus are going to celebrate her birthday. I get a kick out of the fact that all three of 'em celebrated on the same day, so I actually feel a little left out.
