Thank you. And we have Russell Seymour, who's the economic development director, and of course Eileen Bowen, who's the clerk in keeping the records. So I hope we are speaking loudly enough for you tonight, Eileen. We probably will get emails letting us know if we're not. So the I the reason that we're here tonight is um to discuss the airport's future development and um you know operational strategies. And one of the first things we have to deal with or would like not deal with, we would like to talk about tonight, is that we have forty acres um of undeveloped land here attached to the airport and We need to decide. We need to uh have this discussion so when we can take it back to the council and decide what what do we want to do with those forty acres?
Kelly Burk 3:15
What is the vision that we have? And we on the council, I don't think any of us have any airport experience. None of us are pilots, none of us have. I mean, I spend time here, but I none of us are are really experienced about it. So we wanted um to get some input from the airport commission as to what do you see the usefulness of that 40 acres? Um, we'd like to have some input from our um our um our uh experts and I think we have a presentation, is that correct? Yes. Um so I'd like to go through the presentation. Does anybody do any of the experts have a presentation or are they both combined? Are they
Scott Conklin 3:55

I I'd like to go topic by topic so that we get that cleared and then move on to the next one, if that's okay with you.
Bugs Forsyth 4:08
At best.
Kelly Burk 4:09
Okay. Um so uh I will turn it over to you and then as we get through with this topic, then we then we'll have a discussion among ourselves.
Tim Baker 4:18
Um
Scott Conklin 4:19
so we're gonna start uh one of the questions that councils had at previous meetings and talk a little bit about airport economics. So I asked uh Russ and uh and myself work together on updating some of the economics of the airport.
