Whereas on June 1st, 1999, Old Mill Veterinary Hospital opened its doors to Leesburg and Loudoun County communities, dedicating itself to providing premium veterinary care. Whereas in the past 25 years, Old Mill Veterinary Hospital has stood as a beacon of compassionate care, ensuring a warm and friendly environment for both patients and their families. Whereas a professional team at the Old Mill Veterinary Hospital under the leadership of Dr. Chris Husson has consistently provided the best possible medical, surgical, and dental care with a mission to create an atmosphere of comfort, compassion, and education.
And whereas Old Mill Veterinary Hospital is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, a distinction held by only 12 to 15% of the veterinary practices in the United States and Canada, reflecting their adherence to a stringent quality standards across all aspects of their veterinary medicine practice. Whereas Old Mill Veterinary Hospital commitment to excellence is demonstrated through their comprehensive services, including preventative medicine, cold, lasers, therapy, behavior, and nutritional consultants, and much more, all under one roof, and whereas the hospital shares its location with the Old Mill Boarding Kennel, providing a holistic approach to animal care and support for the local animal community, and whereas the dedication and expertise of the staff of the Old Mill Veterinary Hospital has significantly contributed to the health and the well-being of countless pets in Leesburg and Loudoun County, earning the trust and gratitude of their clients, therefore proclaim that the Mayor and the Council of the Town of Leesburg and Virginia
hereby recognizes and celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Old Mill Veterinary Hospital, commending their unwavering commitment to veterinary excellence and their valuable service to the community.
