The only report I have is that I did attend the VML um executive committee meeting um down in Richmond. Uh and we talked um about the beginning of uh the uh legislative process and um We will be waiting for the legislative committee to bring the recommendations forward. Uh do we have anybody uh signed up for the petitioner section? Okay. Um one of the first orders of business is to hear from the public. All members of the public are welcome to address the council on any item, matter or issue. Please identify yourself and if comfortable doing so, give your address for the taped record.

Uh some time ago I came here and s talked about littering. Uh I bicycle around town a lot and I see trash everywhere and it annoys me. because there are antisocial people who don't know how to behave, whether it was their parents or or whatever, but they trash, okay? And uh it it the the way to solve a problem is to make it expensive for people to throw trash around.
