What opening actions were taken to call the Town Council meeting to order?
Thank you.
Combine the two. There you go.
I'd be down with
that.
I would like to call to order tonight's Town Council meeting of July 22nd, 2025. If anyone in the room needs hearing assistance, please see the clerk. Council Member Cummings will be giving the invocation, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance by Council Member Wiltz. Council Member Cummings?
Thank you. May I bow your head, please? As we gather today, let's take a moment to center ourselves and reflect on the purpose of our meeting. We come together as a community united by our shared values and our commitment to building a better future for all. May we approach this meeting with open hearts and open minds, ready to listen to one another with empathy and understanding. Let us recognize the strength that comes from our diversity and the power of our collective voice. Amen.
Thank you. Please stand.
This is just for all.
Let the record reflect that all members of Council are present. I have two sets of minutes. The first minute is work session July 7th, 2025. Do I have a motion
for that?
Second.
So is that a
motion? Okay. Moved by Council Member Nacy, seconded by Council Member Steinberg. All in favor indicate by saying aye.
Aye.
Opposed? And abstain? One, correct. Okay, so 601. The regular session minutes of July 8th, 2025. Do I have a motion?

I can't
give him the big
one? Oh, darn. Well, I tried, fellas, I tried. So, Jordan, Morris. You're representing the Loudoun United. Is that correct? Well, we do have a trophy here that we will be putting your name on. Not yours, personally.
Yeah,
really. But we do have a little one for you to take with you to put somewhere so that you can remember it and cherish it and hold it. forever and make it a big promotion. But seriously, we really appreciate the fact that you decided that you wanted to participate in the parade a little differently this year. And your float was far above everybody else's. I mean, it wasn't even a contest. It wasn't even close. So I want to thank you for all the hard work you put into it. Would you like to say a few words about what
you... My name is Nico Eckert. I'm actually the president and one of the owners. In regards to Loudoun United and Virginia Revolution, we'd really like to thank you guys all. I mean, it's a fantastic event. We love the community. We are, I think, a big part of the community, too. Hopefully this is not our last cup for this season. We're heading to North Carolina this weekend, hopefully getting a win there. And then the Community Shield is coming up, too. So we're very excited about this. It's a huge part for our youth club, for the kids being part of the parade, running through, throwing candy. It's been an amazing event, and we love to see it grow. So thank you from us, from Virginia Revolution and Loudon United.
Sure,
absolutely.
Now when you get your big
trophy, come
here. Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. Thank you.
And thank you very much, and I want to also give you this that you can
hang on the wall. Awesome. Thank you. Can we get a picture of it?
Don't drop it.
Want
to
put it down?
All right. Thank you. Thank you, guys. It was great to see you. Thank you so much.
We should make a motion to sign all the steps.
So now, are there any regional reports at this point? I have one short one. It's simply that I attended the July 9th Loudoun County Runway 30 Aviation Noise Mitigation Project Regional Project Group, and Mr. Kaufman came, and there was a number of elected officials there, and we talked about noise at Dulles Airport, and I was there to...
