Whereas Custom Software System, Headquarters on Loudon Street in downtown Leesburg is a valued member of the town's business community and Leesburg's hub zone, whereas under the leadership of Chief Operation Officer Bob Cusack and Chief Executive Officer Lisa Cusack, CSS has built a reputation for excellent in government contracting, specializing in data analytics, business intelligence, and database administration.
Whereas at the national HUBZone conference in July of 2025, Bob and Lisa Cusack were awarded the prestigious Trailblazer Strategic Connection Award presented as part of the HUBZone 25th anniversary program celebration. Whereas this award recognizes their contribution to the HUBZone program, which fosters economic development in underserved communities by promoting job creations and providing access to federal contract opportunities for small businesses located in the HUBZones, Whereas Bob and Lisa Cusack have been advocates for the Leesburg HUBZone, working to expand opportunities for historically underserved communities, champion small business growth, and contributing to the vitality of our local economy, and therefore proclaim that the mayor and the council of the town of Leesburg in Virginia
