Help us remember that every person in this room and every resident we serve is made in your image and worthy of dignity, even when we deeply disagree.
Give us calm minds, steady hearts, and the discipline to listen before we speak. May our words build understanding, not division, may our decisions reflect justice, not fear, and may our work tonight be bi guided by what is right, not what is easy. Bless the town of Leesburg, its residents, its staff, and all who labor for the good of the community. Amen.
