Well, good evening, Supervisors. Good evening, staff. Good evening, Loudoun. I'd like to call to order the September 19, 2023 Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Business Meeting. Before I do anything else, I want to say that our Congresswoman and friend, Jennifer Wexton did announce this past week that she is dealing with a very serious degenerative disease. And we'll probably get to those closed sessions pretty early because we don't have any information items. And so it's very likely that we're going to closed session a little bit earlier just to kind of get at least one or two of them done. Closed session item number two will be regarding the actual or probable litigation regarding the application for a toll rate increase on the Dulles Greenway. Closed session number three will be regarding collective bargaining. Are there any other additions or deletions to the agenda? I think, Mr. Buckington, you want to make a withdrawal of your nomination.

And before I read the consent agenda, and without objection, Mr. Sainz and Mr. Letourneau, Mr. Sainz is not here so I guess he'll have to do this later, forgot to make a disclosure on a discussion we had on at the public hearing about the DeSai residential application. And so without objection, I'm going to let them make those right now. And I will say if anyone wants to go back to this item and modify or change your vote on this, based on their disclosures, this would be the time to tell me that you want to do that. I doubt that that's what anyone wants, but if anyone wants to, this would be the time to tell me. But in the meantime, I will go on. And Mr. LeTourneau, would you like to do that disclosure?

thank you madam chair after the board's approval of the sai residential land use case which as you may recall was sort of resolved at the last minute was not anticipating a vote last wednesday i double checked a list of donations and realized that a interested party mr decide did in fact make a contribution to my campaign in excess of a hundred dollars back in march i was not aware of that at the time didn't recall that donation The county attorney has opined that I do not have a legal conflict of interest, but that I do need to disclose this contribution at this meeting. Such the contribution did not affect my fair and impartial consideration of this desired residential case, especially since I didn't even remember I had the donation land use application.
