I would draw the nomination of Donna Wadowski to the Community Criminal Justice Board. Okay. We're also going to delete from the agenda today and just defer to the November 19th meeting response to the board member initiatives on LGBTQ inclusionary review, the inclusionary review. The item LEGI 2023-0059, Greenland Park ZMAP 2022-0024 is deferred to a future board meeting at the request of the applicant that was deferred. Item 9, Valley Commerce City annexation is deferred to a future board meeting as well.

Item 11, Smith Switch Road Corridor and W&OD Great Separator Crossing Study is deferred to the November 19th, 2024 business meeting. I want you guys to listen to how busy the meeting on the 19th is going to be because we're deferring them and that's fine, but we're going to have a very long meeting on the 19th. Just going to say that. Board member initiative number 14, define and establish performance criteria is deferred to a future board meeting. I'm going to add one issue item tonight to the pre-agenda meeting. It will be a closed session item. number 2.2-3711A78 of the Court of Virginia to consult with legal counsel and staff members pertaining to actual or probable litigation to a specific legal matter requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel requiring a settlement of dispute in the Little River Election District.
