I'd like to call the February 18th, 2016 Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Business Meeting to order. This room has a hearing loop. Okay, I got all kind of stuff going on up here, because all kind of stuff has happened in the past hour or so. So let me start with this. We are deferring item nine, the response to the board member initiative, Sterling Boulevard service road improvement. It has been deferred to a future board meeting. The staff will talk to Mr. Saenz and the site would mean they want to bring that back to. Item number eight, LEGI 2024-0037, Cochrane Tech ZMAP 2024-0012, special exception 2025-0025, special exception 2025-0029. Special exception 2025-0034, special exception 2025-0054, and special exception 2025-0111 has been deferred to a future business meeting for action. I will say it is my habit to, if I get a request from the applicant to defer an item, I would do that one time almost automatically.

This is the second request from Concord & Mill to defer that, and so when it's the second request, I do ask for and require a little more reason of why they want to defer it and so I have talked to them today and they actually said that it's not for vote counting. They are literally working on the item and trying to do some things that have been requested. by some of my colleagues, and so as they are going to continue to work on the item, and because they are working on the item, I will give it one more deferral, but this will be the last one for Cochran Tech. Now I will read the proposed consent agenda, and it is as follows.

It doesn't, I haven't talked to them, and so I need to talk to them before, because I don't want them to have to defer it a third time, so they did not give me an idea of when that would be. I do not believe it will be, it will be sometime in March, I just don't know which meeting in March it would be.

It could be as earlier than that, though. It could be the first meeting in March. So that's why I'm saying I don't know which meeting in March it will be. But if I say the 17th, they may want to go to the first meeting.
