I'd like to call to order the October seventh, two thousand twenty five, Loudoun County Board Supervisors Business Meeting. This room has a hearing loop. Uh the only words of inspiration tonight that I will do was the serenity prayer. God, grant me the serenity. Okay, so Mr. Sainz will be here soon. He is coming in from work and he usually gets here about 5 30 or so. Um Mr. Kirschhner uh will not be here this evening. He has a very um uh uh pivotal work um duty that he has to uh attend to tonight and tomorrow, so he will not be joining us. Mr. Um Bishop Turner will not be here tonight. He um is not feeling well. and Mr. Um Kirschner will not be here tonight. And so the women are just holding it down, which is how it should always be for to be to be quite honest. So we're gonna be just fine. Um I want to say that um by request of the applicant, Ledgy uh f 2024-0043, Tuscar Land Bay, number three subdivision, special exception 2024-0059, especially exception 2024-0060, that's in Leesburg, has been deferred indefinitely.
I know there was some confusion today of whether or not there would have to be a vote on that. There is not. But um if if an applicant asks to defer and they have a it what you know what I deem is a solid reason I can make the decision to allow that deferral to happen and since the applicant did not have a a date that they want to defer to, it's deferred indefinitely and that does not require a vote of the board. I will read the consent agenda. Um, the proposed against consent agenda is as follows. Item R1, proclamation to recognize September 15th through October 15th is Hispanic Heritage Month in Loudoun County. That's for approval and presentation. R2, uh resolution to recognize September 18th as find the good day in Loudoun County.
That's for approval only. Item R three, proclamation to declare. October 25. I'm sorry, October 2025 as fire prevention month in Loudoun County. That's for approval and presentation. And I think one of our fire dogs is going to be joining us today. So yay. Item R4, resolution to commemorate the opening of the Loudoun Member Experience Center, the Northern Virginia Realtors Association of Realtors. That's for approval and presentation. Item R5, how can we To recognize October 2025 as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. That's for approval and presentation. As you can see, some of us are wearing pink for breast cancer awareness. Our sixth population to recognize DiWali Holiday 2025. That's for approval and presentation.
You'll find later that Mr. Crony has a beautiful outfit that she's wearing. in the in celebration of the Wally. Item R7, proclamation to recognize the 250th anniversary of the United States Navy. That's for approval and presentation. Item R eight, resolution of commendation to ANOVA Loudoun Hospital designation as a level two trauma center. That's for approval only because that has already been presented by Chair Turner. Join me today at um ANOVA Hospital as we celebrated them being a level two. Level two trauma center, it is a very, very big deal. So that res uh presentation has already been made. Um R um R9, proclamation to recognize November 4th through 11 is operation green light for veterans only.
That's for approval. I'm sorry, green light for veterans. That's for approval only. And R ten resolution to commemorate accommodation for the 150th anniversary of Sterling United. Methodist Church. That's for approval only. Um, item one a proposed rewrite of the codified ones of Loudoun County, chapter 838, swimming pool and water recreation facilities.
