Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3703, I'm sorry, 3708.3, and the Board of Supervisors' Rules of Order, Supervisor Glass has requested to participate in this meeting by electronic communication. A physical quorum of the board is present in the boardroom, and the board has made arrangements for the voices of Supervisor Glass to be heard to all persons in the boardroom. Supervisor Glass made this request. within the allotted time frame and the county attorney determined the supervisor glass requests meets the qualifications to participate remotely. Yes, Madam Chair. Wonderful. All right, Supervisors and Loudoun. Um when we have an agenda that is this full, and this is a really full agenda, we are likely to be on this day as at least to after midnight, if not longer. I'm it's always hard to know what to put first and second how to do the agenda because you know, on the one hand I want to get people out of the room as fast as possible. On the other hand, I don't want to, you know, everyone waiting as we do just one item and the whole room is full because we're all waiting for just one item. So um I have to decide how to do the agenda. I made the decision tonight to put the Primax or item last, which means and we're probably not going to hear it for a long time.
