What are the opening procedural announcements and rules for the public hearing?
Oh.

Whoa.
Yeah.
Mm-hmm.
I'm like all in your way. I'm sorry. Girl. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Okay. There we go. Well good evening supervisors, good evening staff and good evening Loudoun. If you need hearing assistance, please switch your hearing aid to the telecoil mode. If you need hearing aid, we have those available as well. So you please see the clerk to request one. But everybody please join me in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Okay, um I'm gonna read the stuff I read and then I'm gonna do some talking. Um as a reminder All members of the public, if you are addressing this board this evening, um you have to sign up to speak and you can only speak on matters that are being advertised on the public hearing. Due due to the broadcast delays, any member of the public who who is not in the boardroom wishing to address the board on item one and item six, which are on the consolidated hearing agenda, please call the number scrolling across your screen at this time. If you're a member of the public, if you signed up to speak, you'll be allotted two and a half minutes. I never change that. It's always two and a half minutes. So if you're four speakers, one speaker, one hundred speakers, sorry it's two and a half minutes.
Please come to the podiums um near nearest you, state your name for the record, and if you do not mind stating your district, that would be helpful helpful too. The timer on the podium will indicate your remaining time. When your time has expired, please yield the podium to the next speaker. If you are providing comments via phone, I ask I'm gonna ask that you use your own stopwatch because um you may not be able to see the timer in the room. And I don't like stopping people when they're t already talking because it breaks your flow, but at the end of two and a half minutes I'll stop you then. So if you time yourself when you're speaking. Um if you're on the phone, I would I would appreciate that. When taking public um input for items, I will first ask if there's anyone in the room to speak, and then I will go to the phones.
It is my practice to take elected officials first on any particular item. And also please note that there is a slight delay between the broadcast and the boardroom. Um there are two items for the consolidated agenda. Um of course consolidated agenda are uh these these items are consolidated because there are no outstanding issues staff has recommended approval the applicant has waived their presentation And no public speakers have registered in advance to speak.
