You may say where you're from. The timer on the podium will indicate your remaining time. When your time has expired you may yield the floor to the next speaker. If you Providing your comments on the phone. I'm gonna ask that you time yourself because you may not be able to see the timer in the room. I don't like stopping people while they're talking because it throws you off, but I will stop you when you're five when your two and a half minutes are up. So if you could keep your own time if you're on the phone, that'd be really helpful. When taking items items for public input, I will first ask for people in the boardroom and then I'll go go um to ask the people who are um on the phone. Um our moderator this evening is Lisa Kinnis.
Phyllis J. Randall 11:22
Um uh she will tell me if there's anyone on the phone. And please know that there's a slight delay between the broadcast and the boardroom. Lisa, can you hear me? Yes, I can. Wonderful, wonderful. Supervisors mist um Miss Glass will not be here this evening. And so any motions for the broadrun district on the consolidated agenda, I will be making those motions for Miss Glass. Mr. Um Mr. Laterno is on his way, but he will be running a little late. And so if there are motions on the consolidated agenda for the broad run, uh for the Dallas district, I'll be making those as well, which means I am Making all except for one motion on the consolidated agenda tonight, which is absolutely fine. So the following items of the consolidated agenda, I want to remind everyone that things are on the consolidated agenda, means that there are no outstanding issues, staff has recommended approval, the applicant has raised the presentation time, and no public speakers have been signed up in advance to speak.
