Yeah, let's roll. Well good evening supervisors, good evening staff, and good evening Loudoun. I'd like to call to order the April 9th, 2025, Loudon Camboard Supervisors public hearing. As a reminder to all members of the public, if you want to address the board this evening, and the boardroom is so packed, we need um you to sign up to speak on matters that have been uh advertised for this public hearing. Due to the broadcast delay, um if you'd like to speak, if you're not in the boardroom and you wish to address the board on item one, which is the only item that we have, it's on the consolidated agenda. Please see the number that's scrolling across your screen at this time. If you have signed up to speak, you'll be allotted two and a half minutes. So if you're in the boardroom we ask that your name is called, please come to the podium closest to you. State your name for the record.

There we go. Um when taking input for public items, I would first go to anybody in the room and then I will go to people who are virtually. Um Kaylee Mellon's. Um if there anybody um virtual, I'll ask her to let me know. Um as a reminder, item two, amendments to the chapter 1020 of the codified ordinance of Loudoun County, the naming of streets was advertised. And then deferred, and we will take that up at our future meeting. Pursuant to Virginia Code, Section 2.2-3708-3, and the Board of Supervisors rules of order.

Supervisor BRICSman requested participate in this meeting by electronic communication. A physical quorum of the board supervisors is present in the boardroom, and the board has made arrangements for the voice of Supervisor Brixman to be heard by all persons and the board. Room. She made this request within the required time frame. And the county attorney deemed that the request means the qualification to participate remotely. The board will record and it's meant to survive the Bricksman to participate in this in this um remotely from her home in Loudoun County for personal reasons. Um okay. The board will hear the following item for consolidated hearing. As a reminder, this item is being consolidated because there's no outstanding issues.

Staff has recommended approval. The applicant has waived their presentation time and no public speakers require we uh register in advance for this item. Um it is item number one, f the federal fiscal year um 2025 to 2026 annual action plan for the community development brought grant and home investment program partnership is a countywide item, so I will be making the motion. Is there any member of the public who'd like to speak in this item in the boardroom. Miss Mullins, is there any member of the public who'd like to speak on this item on the phone? There is not, Chair Randall. There is not. Seeing none, I will close the consolidated agenda and I will make this motion. I move the board supervisors to approve the motion to be for the for the approval of the annual action plan that's provided in the April 9th, uh, 2025, public hearing action item number one, staff report.
