I'm going to call to order—I'm going to call to order the June 10, 2026, Loudoun County Board of Supervisors public hearing and the Joint Board of Supervisors and Virginia Department of Transportation public hearing. Okay. I want everyone to be advised that the Planning Commission forwarded Item Leggie 2025-0012, the golden substation, which is also CPMT, Commission Permit 2025-0005, special exception 2025-00. Special Exception 2025-0033 and Special Exception 2025-0137 to a future Planning Commission work session and as such that will not be in tonight's agenda. This item was double advertised for the May 26th, 2026 and the June 10th board public hearing. Also, the LEGI 2025-0052 R&D Hamilton Academy Special Exception 2026-0005, Special Exception 2026-0006, Special Exception 2026-0007 is also being deferred due to a noticing error of the applicant. That has been rescheduled for the July 15th public hearing.

Now, if you are here and you want to speak about the R&D Hamilton, you can absolutely do that. You can stay. You can speak. It was advertised on the public hearing. The applicant had a noticing area. So if you want to speak, you can. If you do not want to, then when I get to your name, I'll just go right by you. When we take it up on June—in July, rather, you can speak today and again in July, or you can just wait until July. Either way, any of it is fine with us. So if you're here for that item, you can feel free to stay and speak on that. As a reminder, if you are here from the public this evening, you may only sign up to speak on items that are actually on the agenda and that have been advertised for the public hearing.

The timer on the podium will tell you how much time you have left. When your time has expired, please yield the floor to the next speaker. If you are providing your comments via phone and you cannot see the timer in our room, I'm gonna ask you, if you can hear me and if you're on the phone, to set your own clock or your own timer, and that is because when you get to one minute and 30 seconds, I don't wanna stop you because then that breaks breaks your flow, breaks your thought process, but when you get to two minutes, I will stop you, so if you don't mind setting your own timer, that would be most helpful.

It is the Secondary Road Six-Year Planned Construction Improvement Budgetary Priority List. It's a countywide item. Although, usually on countywide item motions, I will make the motions, but on this one, if Mr. Kirshner wants to make the motion, I'll let that happen because most of these secondary votes are actually in his district.
