Well, good evening, supervisors. Good evening, staff, and good evening, Loudoun. I'd like to call to order the October fifteenth, uh, two thousand twenty-five, Loudoun County Public Hearing. This room has a hearing loop. If you need hearing assistance, please switch your hearing aid to the teleco mode. If you need um um hearing assist, if you need a headset, we have those available as well. Please see the clerk to request one. As a reminder, all members of the public addressing the board this evening. You may only register to speak on IM Matters that have been advertised for the public hearing. Due to the broadcast delay, any member of the public who are not in the boardroom wishing to address the board on items one and two, which are on the consolidated hearing, please call the numbers scrolling across your screen at this time.

If you are in the boardroom, we asked you to be able to do that. that your name is call called come to the podium and state your name for the record the timer on the podium will indicate your remaining time when your time has expired please yield the floor to the next speaker If you are providing your comments via phone, please use your stopwatch to track your time because um I don't want to stop people who are on the phone when they get close to the time being up because it interrupts your flow, but I will stop you when your time is up. Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2 uh dash three seven oh eight dot three and the board of supervisors um rules of order, supervisor Bricksman requested participate this meeting by electronic communication. A physical quorum of the board of supervisors is present in the boardroom and the board has made a ra have made arrangements for supervisor Bricksman's voice to be heard by all persons in the boardroom. She made this request within the required time frame, and the county attorney determined that the request meets the qualification to participate remotely. The board will record in its minutes that Supervisor Bricksman participated remotely from her home in Lowden County for personal reasons.
