the sessions and the veto sessions. So if we have no objections, I would like to propose the following additions and deletions for tonight's agenda. The addition of a discussion and potential action for a letter to the General Assembly Administration about the budget amendments impact on funding to WMATA and Loudoun County specifically. And also deferral of item 15, FY 2025 Human Services Nonprofit Grant Recommendations. That item was not ready. for the committee's review. We will be taking that up next month. It will result in a little bit less time for the board to have with this item. So we'll just need to be cognizant of that, but it should not impact the timing for the program and process itself for the nonprofits.

I don't number seven contract award, architectural and engineering services for the renovation of the existing courthouse facility. Item number eight, contract renewal, intersection improvement, design services, Item number nine, contract renewal day support and employment services. Item number 11, fiscal year 2023 Loudoun County Community Services Board annual report. Item number 12, resolution authorizing the issuance of appropriation backed bonds through the Economic Development Authority of Loudoun County, Virginia.

The rate was 2.3 for Loudoun, 3.0 for Virginia, and 3.7 for the U.S., The prime age labor force participation rate, ages 25 to 54, was 83.4% in March, really the highest it's been since the early 2000s, which is, I think, really good news. The overall labor force participation rate was at 62.7% in March. That's still down a little bit from the rate before the pandemic. uh the next cpi report released tomorrow the report last month showed prices in february were up 3.2 as compared to the year before that is right in the pocket with 3.1 in january 3.4 in december and i wanted to offer just a quick reminder for the annual small business week it's held april 28th through may 4th highlighted by the second annual launch loudon small business summit
