I would like to call to order the April 8th, 2025, Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, Finance, Government, Operations, and Economic Development Committee meeting. This room has a hearing loop. Questions and comments are not timed. However, once a motion is on the table, committee members Members will have three minutes to ask questions and make comments for all items. We will first uh uh adopt a very long consent agenda, so bear with us. The proposed consent agenda is as follows. Item two, quarterly report, upcoming contracts, fourth quarter, FY 2025.

Thank you, Ma'am Chair. So I just want to encourage everyone, um, especially all of my colleagues, to go read the CSB um and your report. These things come up um often and and all of our committees do a really good job, and and so we sometimes don't take a hard look at them. But it's important to do that because what we're seeing already right now is the number of people who are um in need of um of all kind of services but especially behavior health services in our county has risen and is likely to keep rising with the with what we're dealing with in the entire um MW Cog metro area right now and so if you haven't done that uh please do that um because if if anyone wonders why we need to keep showing up our our nonprofits um and keep make sure that we keep our um behavioral health departments well staffed

um and well compensate it. You will understand it when you when you read the CSB report. And I do hope that some of our members of our CSB um can actually go to the uh annual conference uh this year.
