The first item I'd like to mention tonight is that legislative application 2023-0114, Franklin Park West, has been deferred at the request of the applicant. No public comments or action will be taken on this item at this time, and it'll be brought back for consideration at a future meeting. Members of the public who wish to comment on any item on the public hearing legislative agenda may do so. If you are in the boardroom, please fill out a speaker slip and hand it to the Assistant Deputy Clerk of the Planning Commission at the end of the dais to my left. If you are participating electronically, please call the number on the bottom of the screen. If you signed up to speak after 12.30 p.m., please confirm your name is on the speaker list as public comment signup closes after 12 noon, as indicated on the website.

I'm not sure if it's a, well, I guess it's a discussion or a question. When we did that Hamilton safety that night, we had asked and requested that when we'd be notified when they were gonna reach out for the public for the additional meetings that we requested in the community. I've not heard anything. Do we know if there's been any further movement on that?

Is there a way, and I know this is beyond just this particular one, but we seem to have quite a few applications that kind of like... St. Louis, this particular application, the monopole in Belmont, that seemed to be like setting someplace that we maybe don't know exactly where they're setting right now. Could we like from time to time, not necessarily maybe at every meeting, but get some kind of update that says, They're either here or there or where they're at because I feel like if we send them to a work session, it's actually when there's like pending this, do something before something else. It's like you read the minutes and you're like, well, I wonder where that is at. What's going on with it?
So if we could like get... maybe like every at least six weeks
maybe yeah why don't we um when we get to administrative item why don't we talk about this then and and see if we can set something up um because i'm like i'm like you i know we had asked for a meeting i haven't heard anything um i assuming good faith and just assume they haven't gotten around to it yet and that they would notify us at such time that they have one but um
