If you signed up to speak after 1230 p.m., please confirm your name is on the speaker list as public comment signup closes after 12 noon. Indicate your name and the agenda item you wish to address. Each speaker, whether speaking on behalf of an organization or as an individual, will have three minutes. Written comments may be submitted to the Assistant Deputy Clerk, who will make copies for each Planning Commission member.

The Commission may vote on applications tonight and send its recommendations to the Board of Supervisors, or may forward the item to a work session for further consideration before taking a final vote. Our procedure for tonight's public hearing is as follows. 10-minute staff presentation, followed by commissioner's questions to staff. Commissioners will be given three minutes to ask questions. 10-minute applicant presentation, and commissioners will be given three minutes to ask questions of the applicant. Hearing is then open for public comment, three minutes for each speaker. After everyone has had a chance to speak, the hearing is closed. We'll be moving forward with two of them. One item, the North Springs Behavioral Health Care, LEGI 2025-31. Special exception application has been deferred. Is there anybody here that was planning to comment on that application? Good, so the word was out. All right, and the first thing we need to take care of is we have the minutes for, I believe it was the March 24th public hearing and work session.

On April 15th, I met with Amanda Williams and the applicant team for Digital Dallas special application. On April 27th, I met with John McGraham, Paki Crown, and the applicant team for the South Riding Intergenerational Community. And also, I did speak to a couple of residents of Ridings at Blue Spring on April 27th. Okay, thank you.

Then also on that same date, on April 24th, I met with Packy Crown and the applicants in regards to the second application we have before tonight.
