It's like cookies. It's like cookies we ate. Good evening, everyone. The December 14, 2023 Loudoun County Planning Commission work session will now come to order. As is our custom, please join me in standing for the Pledge of Allegiance.

all.
Thank you all for joining us tonight. For those who don't make this a frequent stop on your calendar, let me give you a quick rundown of how things will go tonight. Members of the public who wish to comment on any of the three items on our agenda tonight may do so at the beginning of our meeting. There will not be additional public comment taken once the commission begins to discuss the returning public hearing items. If you are in the boardroom, please fill out a Speaker slip and hand it to the Assistant Deputy Clerk of the Planning Commission at the end of the dais to my left. If you're participating electronically, please call the number on the bottom of the screen. If you signed up to speak after 12 noon today, please confirm your name is on the speaker list as public comment sign up closes after 12 as indicated on our website.
Indicate your name and the agenda item you wish to address. Each speaker will have two minutes, four minutes if you are speaking on behalf of an official organization. Just an administrative note while our items are we have three items on our agenda tonight We will be working on them. The Commission work will be in order I am going to shuffle around the public comment order just a smidge and we're going to take the third item Goose Creek retail first for public comment and Then we'll move into one and two as as planned. December 12th, I met with Rick Pearsall and
Peter West
of the Philemont
Volunteer Fire Department.
THANK YOU. COMMISSIONER MADERETTI? YOU WANT TO COME BACK? WE'LL COME BACK. COMMISSIONER KERCHNER. THANK YOU. ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5th, I HAD A VIRTUAL MEETING WITH SCOTT WARREST, MEGAN MCCARTHY FROM DTCI, PAUL ERIKSON FROM FGM ARCHITECTS, AND LORI REDCLIFFE-MYERS TO TALK ABOUT THE PHILLIMONT FIRE STATION. On Friday, December 6th, I had an in-person on-site meeting with Madeline Skinner, the president of the Philmont Village Foundation, and Bill Ridge for a tour and to talk about at the fire station or the existing fire station in Philmont. Then I went on and met with Rick Pearsall from the Philmont Volunteer Fire Department and Doug Frost, who's the president of the Philmont Volunteer Fire Department, had a tour and talked to them about the application.
And then after that, I went into the Philmont General Store and had a conversation with Drew Bishop about the Philmont Fire Station. Thursday December 14th via phone call and email I had additional I received additional clarifying information from both Scott Warris and Madeline Skinner concerning Phil Lamont fire station thank you Commissioner Miller on Friday December 8th I met with Colleen Gillis and Ben Wills from Cooley regarding the Arcola farms residential project and today I met with Tony Calabrese from DLA Piper and all of the people involved with the Innovation Gateway Project from Black Chamber and from Fairfield. That is all. Mr. Marathew, nothing? Okay. Mr. Maduretti.
