Pursuant to the Code of Virginia section 2.2-3708.3 and the Planning Commission remote participation policy, Commissioner Motoretti has requested to participate in this meeting by electronic communication from a remote location that is not open to the public. Commissioner Motoretti has stated that he cannot attend this meeting due to a personal matter. And we'll be joining the meeting from High. Hadarabad India, which is not open to the public. As required by law, a fiscal quorum of the planning комісія present in the boardroom. Uh thank you. I um On uh yesterday, uh, April tenth. I met with uh Matt Leslie and Packy Crown from Bowman, along with Ben Rose, Don Knutson, and um John Paltino regarding the Goose Creek Village West item. And yesterday on uh April tenth I also met with again Matt Leslie and Packy Crown from Bowman, along with um Sujit Maram, Paul Keith Parlik and Kim Hart regarding the Atlantic Boulevard application. That was all.

Commissioner Myers. Oh, okay um I met with uh folks again. I mean I'm sorry, I met with the representative for the folks from Hiddenwood Lane um on Tuesday the second. I met virtually with Colleen Gellis. on Friday the fifth and then um The weekend of the sixth I think you all got the email, but because they're an applicant I'll disclose that I sent a very detailed im um email requesting information. Um from the representative for the schools in regards to the high school application. Um and then on this past Tuesday I spoke with via phone the gentleman that owns the winery abudding the high school property.
