Thank you. Our procedural announcements um Members of the public who wish to comment on any item on tonight's agenda may do so at the beginning of the meeting. Even those that we have deferred. We'll have more on that later. There will not be additional public comment taken once the commission begins to discuss the returning public hearing items. If you are in the boardroom, please fill out a speaker slip and hand it to the Assistant Deputy Clerk of the Planning Commission at the end of the dais to my left. If you are participating electronically, please call the number on the bottom of the screen. If you signed up to speak after twelve noon today, please confirm your name is on the speaker list as public comment sign up closes after twelve, as is indicated on our website.

All right. Commissioner Barnes is abstaining. And uh for the record, Commissioners Miller and Keirce are not with us this evening. They will not be joining us in person or remote. Uh so we have uh any changes or corrections to those minutes? Seeing none. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? Okay, we are one, two, three, four, five. Six in f in favor, none opposed, one abstain and two absent. And a partridge and a pear tree, right? All right, before we get into our agenda items, I will ask for disclosures by roll call. I I had a meeting with Grenland Park with their staff and the applicant t uh last week.

I had a conversation with Packy Crown yesterday.

Um, I met with uh Sujet Moram of Atlantic Blood application. On last Sunday. June tenth. June ninth, I think.
Commissioner Myers. Um I had um And phone call with Colleen um and her group in dealing with the Arcola Town Center residential. I've had two conversations with Packie Crown and her group in regards to the Goose Creek. And I had two meetings here at the county, one in the morning, one in the afternoon, of which Mr um Um was part of Fort Kingland Park. Okay.

Uh thank you, Madam Chair. I've had um multiple telephone conversations with Packy Crown over the last several days regarding the Goose Creek Village location.
Okay. I will uh I was missed the last meeting, so I've got a a few makeups here. I'm gonna go back to May fifteenth. I had a meeting with Dominion Um Power and their representatives regarding the Mars substation application. On May twenty first I had a meeting with um Chuck Coon and his applicant team regarding the Greenland Park application. On the twenty first I also had a meeting with Aaron Swisshelm and the team for the Arcola um or I'm sorry, the Lake View Center Plaza application. Okay, there's the meeting MS. Alright, and then on June eleventh I had a meeting with the Uh team on the applicant team on the Arcola Town Center residential application before us tonight. And that's it. Okay. Madam Chair.
