Thank you. Uh a couple of administrative announcements. Um Pursuant to code of Virginia section two dot two-three seven oh eight dot three and the planning commission remote participation policy, Commissioner Jasper has requested to participate in this meeting by electronic communication and will be joining the meeting from Menlo Park, California. Which I hope is sunnier than it is here. As required by law, a physical quorum of the planning commission is present in the boardroom, and the commission has made arrangements for the voice of Commissioner Jasper to be heard by all persons in the boardroom. Commissioner Jasper made this request within the time frame required by policy, and the county attorney has determined that Commissioner Jasper meets the qualifications to participate remotely.

The Commission will record in its minutes the that Commissioner Jasper participated remotely for from a private location not open to the public in Menlo Park, California due to travel. I guess what we I think before um so here's my issue. So I I think we need to have it brought back to us if this goes through. Um in the minutes it reflects questions that we asked of um Supervisor Turner, but it doesn't reflect the answers that he gave. So I would like the record to also reflect the answers that he gave to us to the questions that we asked if we're gonna put the questions in into the written format, 'cause I think it's important to have that on the public record when he said yes, we can look at destiny, yes, we can look at the different things. I think the answers to the questions should be also part of The minutes that we're approving.
