Uh first thanks uh fellow commissioners for your uh support for nominating me as chair and I will uh do my best to uh Earn your respect uh in this position. And uh also very much my thanks to the outgoing chair and vice chair for the leadership during our first year together. Um, I think they did an excellent job and I'm uh very appreciative. Okay, the first uh item we have to discuss is our meeting schedule for 2025. Most of it is the standard uh second Thursday work session, fourth Tuesday public hearing, but there are some exceptions in there. Uh I wanted to start by addressing those days, and if any other commissioners have any other days they want to discuss, then we can do that.
