On November 1, I had a pretty much all day, right around with Donnie Walker, looking at bed and breakfasts, special events, and then also an application he has in regards to Ball Field with... tree houses that's a special exception for the county then on um also october i'm sorry november the 5th i also had an applicant meeting with staff and him in regards to his special exception on november the 6th i had a virtual meeting with kevin wright who's a town council member with town percival regarding the application that we have before us tonight i also had another um meeting a phone call with Kevin Wright this morning in regards to that. I also just emailed to each Planning Commission member an email that I received from Councilmember Wright in regards to the discussions we've had.

And just in case people want to know, I've known Kevin Wright for over 25 years. We're both long-term, lifelong residents of Loudoun, so it seemed reasonable to reach out to him as a council member. He wasn't at our public hearing to see what he was thinking as one of the council members out there in regards to this application and how Percival feels about that. I also had a virtual meeting with Mike Romeo on the 10th of November in regards to the application before us tonight and then had a conversation with him
