Good evening, this is Jennifer Logue, City Attorney. There is one item on this evening's closed session agenda. Item 2.1 is a conference with labor negotiators regarding labor negotiations with Service Employees International Union, Local 521, the Eagles Association, the Police Officer Association, the International Association of Firefighters, Local 1965, unrepresented fire managers, unrepresented police managers, unrepresented department heads, and unrepresented confidential employees pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6. The agency designated representatives are Assistant City Manager Arne Andrews, Human Resources Director Maxine Gullo, Human Resources Manager Lindsey Bishop, and Charles Sakai of Sloan Sakai Young and Wong LLP, thank you.

absent. Thank you. Recently several of our neighboring elected decision-making bodies have been subjected to disruptive, racist verbal attacks during public comment periods. The City of Mountain View is fully committed to racial, religious, and cultural equity and justice as we strive to create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive community for all. The Council welcomes respectful and non-threatening public comments regarding matters over which the Council has jurisdiction. Comments deemed otherwise pursuant to the council code of contact and the government code may be grounds for terminating a speaker's comment period and may be cause for removal from the meeting. So next is item three, presentations.

Hi, everybody. Well, I'm just happy to acknowledge and congratulate all of you students for winning the STEM award and recognition at the Santa Clara Valley Science and Engineering Fair Association. I really think that science fairs and STEM activities are very important. I'm a professional engineer, and so I particularly think seeing young women going into STEM is just very inspiring. I wanted you all to come here personally. I know that you're from Mountain View, right? And we're just very proud of your accomplishments.
