Yeah, yeah. They don't know that. Good evening. All right. Welcome. Uh I would like to welcome my brothers and sisters in uh in the union. Tonight I am a retired member of IFPTE Local Twenty One. It is something to clap about. So we're very glad you're here. Um we start out. I'm gonna I'm gonna talk a little bit more than I normally do at the beginning of the meeting because I want to let you know what's happening. We we we start here and we're going to go and have a closed session for um uh probably about uh half an hour or 45 minutes. Then we will come back at 6.30 and the meeting will start. At the beginning of the meeting, we have a pledge of allegiance and then we have two presentations. They're fairly short, but they're celebratory things.

Um and then we will have the consent calendar, which I believe is the item you are all interested in. So I just wanted to share with you that that's the schedule. And um so uh with that I'll go back to the script and um say uh welcome to this is at 545, we have a closed session. And um Thank you for come joining us for our closed session. City Attorney Logue will make a closed session announcement and then we will welcome public comment on the item listed for closed session. City Attorney Logue. Thank you and good evening. This is uh city attorney Jennifer Logue. There is one item on this evening's closed session agenda. Item two point one is a conference with labor negotiators regarding labor negotiations with Service Employees International Union.

First will be item 3.1. which is the teen week proclamation. Um I'm hoping that um Uh youth advisory committee meeting member meeting members are Taylor Luna and my Tel Zayats are here to accept the proclamation. If s are they here? Oh wonderful.
