Regarding labor negotiations with Service Employees International Union, local five twenty one, the Eagles Association. The police officers association, the international association of firefighters. Local nineteen sixty five, unrepresented fire managers, unrepresented police managers, unrepresented department heads. And unrepresented confidential employees pursuant to California government code section five four nine five seven point six. The agency designated representatives are Assistant City Manager Arne Andrews, Human Resources Director Maxine Gulow.

I would particularly like to welcome back um Councilmember Ellen Kameh, who has been um off on a parental leave. And uh she has taken advantage of our new faid family policy, leave policy, although as a council member that's We don't get paid a lot, but it's it's um still I'm very glad we had the policy. Uh we we've missed you. So welcome back. All right, so this evening we have several presentations. And um it's always important to remember that these are presentations only. So the city council isn't going to take any action um on these, but but public comment will occur after the presentation items.

So if you'd like to speak on any of the presentation items, please submit a blue card. to the um assistant city clerk now. So the first one we are going to do is will be the recognition of our outgoing youth advisory committee members. And um I would like the um uh the those those members to join me at the lectern.

Well, four of our um uh youth advisory members and members at large are graduating from high school this year, but you have come. So thank you very much for doing that. And um I want to uh to thank you. Being a part of this committee takes a lot of time and effort and um leadership. So we would like to thank you um uh for your hard work, your dedication. And the positive contributions that taking part in this makes to our community. We also want to thank all these members, some of whom have been involved with the committee for multiple years, for representing an important teen voice and accomplishing work plan items year after year. Each of these members and members at large helped plan and lead several in-person successful events, including the Teen Wellness Retreat and
