Wonderful. Okay, so now we move to new business. The first order of new business is a presentation to outgoing council members Margaret Abekoga and Lisa Matichek. And we are going to start with a farewell video highlighting former Councilmember Abbekoga's accomplishments during her long service to the city of Mountain View.

You enjoy these wonderful seats for a little longer. So we will do that. Um we have a um proclamation. For um Margaret Abikoga and as you can see, there's a lot of fine print here. Um because she has had so many um contributions. So I am going to read um read some of this. Um Whereas Margaret Abicoko was elected by the residents of Mountain View, California in two thousand sixteen, re-elected in twenty twenty, and previously served on the city council for eight years, January two thousand seven to January two thousand fourteen. And whereas Margaret Abacoga was selected by her fellow council members to serve as mayor in two thousand nine and two thousand twenty and vice mayor in two thousand eight and two thousand nineteen, and most recently represented her constituents locally by serving on the Council Race, Equity and Inclusion Ad hoc subcommittee.

Council Sustainability Committee Council Youth Services Committee and Interim Castro Street Pedestrian Mall ad hoc committees. Under Councilmember Abikoga's strong leadership as mayor in twenty twenty, the city navigated the COVID nineteen pandemic. With unprecedented relief efforts, including homelessness prevention, supportive housing, and small business relief, and partnered with the sa county of Santa Clara. For the first mass bass vaccination site in the county administering more than eighty thousand covet nineteen vaccines at the Mountain View Community Center. Councilmember Avecoga was represent has represented the city of Mountain View regionally by serving on the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, the Bay Area Quality, Air Quality Management District, Silicon Valley Clean Energy.

And Um During Councilmember Abakoga's tenure on City Council, the city opened six parks: McKelvey, Schaefer, Evendale, Fayette, Mora, Pyramid, and Wyandoge Parks, renovated the Ringsdorf Park Aquatic Center, celebrated the 40th anniversary of the shoreline at Mountain View, adopted an economic vitality strategy, approved the design of a new public safety building.
