Good evening, Vice Mayor and Council members. There is one item on this evening's closed session agenda. Item three point one is a conference with legal counsel regarding one item of anticipated litigation. Pursuant to government code section five four nine five six point nine D two.

We are happy to be joined by Dee Burris, Associate Chief Administrative Officer, and Doctor Wakako. Nomura, uh assistant physician in chief from the Kaiser Permanente Mountain View Medical Offices to accept this proclamation. So would you join me at the lecture?
