Thank you, Madam uh Vice Mayor. Um two items on uh tonight's agenda. Item one A is conference with labor negotiators, city representatives um as listed. Although I believe city manager uh will not be in attendance tonight. Um the employee organizations under discussion include uh the Santa Clara firefighters, uh unit one, uh the electrical workers, unit three, and engineers of the city, uh unit four.

The second item 1B is conference with real property negotiators regarding acquisition of easements in connection with the city's proposed 115 KB transmission project. The property under discussion is 881 Duane Avenue in Santa Clara with the APN as listed. City negotiators are as listed. Uh with uh member uh city manager Grogan not in attendance tonight. Uh negotiating parties are the city and storage equities Inc., who's the property owner and under negotiation are purchase of real property interests, provisions, price, and terms of payment.
