I'VE NOTED THAT SPECIAL MEETINGS IN THE PAST WHERE OUR COUNCIL MEMBERS HAVE BEEN ABSENT, WE DIDN'T ALWAYS VOTE TO EXCUSE. at least one time in recent memory where this has happened, I'd like to know what the policy is on excusing council members from a special meeting versus a regular meeting.
