For today's meeting, the council's back in person and is conducting its meeting in a hybrid manner. The public is welcome to attend in person and the city continues to use a Zoom feature to allow participation from your home or office. Members of the public can still join via the link and or call into the Zoom meeting phone number shown on the screen now. If you would like to speak on an agenda item or during public presentations, please raise your hand on the Zoom application or press star nine on your phone. Prior to each agenda item, staff will lower your hand to ensure members of the public are seeking to speak on the appropriate agenda item. So we'll move on to the council agenda now. Next, we have reports of action taken in closed session, City Attorney. Thank you, Madam Mayor. A couple items to report out on. First of all, on January 7th, 2026, council met on both items 1A and 1B I reported out on item 1A at the council meeting, but item 1B did not occur until after the regular open council meeting had adjourned. So I do want to report out that council met in conference with labor negotiators as listed with respect to the IBEW 1245 Unit 3. However, there was no reportable action. Council also met yesterday in closed session on an item as listed on the agenda, threat to public services or facilities, both with respect to the city and the stadium authority.
