Item one. on tonight's agenda in closed session is conference with legal counsel, anticipated litigation, the potential for initiation of litigation, number of potential cases, one potential case identified, and then also conference with legal counsel, anticipated litigation, exposure to litigation with the facts and circumstances not disclosed on the agenda pursuant to government code section 54956.9E1. For the public, Mayor, I understand there's an inquiry regarding why specifics aren't included on that, and that is something allowed by the Brown Act, and this lack of specifics is purposeful, and we do have it from time to time.
