you, Mayor. Me too, Madam Mayor. Thank you. Yes, two items for closed session tonight. Items 1A and B. The first is conference with labor negotiators. The city representatives are listed on the agenda. The units under discussion are 5, 7, and 8, and Unit 9A. Item 1B is conference with real property negotiators, instruction to negotiators with respect to property located at 575 Pomeroy Avenue. The city negotiators are listed on the agenda, negotiating with Killarney Farm Swim Center, Inc., under negotiation, price, and terms. Thank you, Madam Mayor.

We used to do these meetings a lot in the past where we met with our commissions at least once a year and then COVID hit and things changed. But now we're starting to have these meetings again. So you're just our second meeting for this year. We had our first meeting with the senior commission. So we're really excited to have you here today. Our role is to listen to you, to hear what you want to work on, what your goals are, what your plan is for the future for this year. and then we can make our comments at the end.
