One item for you in closed session tonight, conference with real property negotiators regarding the proposed sale of property. Um identified uh with multiple AAPNs here on your agenda, um, roughly located east of Loyalton and west of Cold Springs and Sierra and Lawson counties. Uh the city negotiators are listed on the agenda, but I want to add to that two representatives from CBRE who will be with us tonight, John
Wilcox and Brian Hutcherson. Um Negotiating parties are the Washoe tribe of Nevada and California under negotiations, both provisions, price, and terms. Thank you, Madam Mayor. The A B twenty three announcement members of the Santa Clara Stadium Authority, Sports and Open Space Authority and Housing Authority are entitled to receive thirty dollars for each attended meeting.
