Perfect. Alrighty. Well thank you. Move down. Okay, so let's start off with our twenty twenty-three accomplishments. So the first thing is our concert series, our concerts in the park. And yes, uh, Kathy, we had two wonderful concerts in the north side. We started off, or we had our second uh concert in the north side with the Fog City Swampers, and then we had our last concert for the series in the North Side as well with the Mega the Megatones at Live Oak Park. Um it was unfortunate that just for those two concerts. The weather was kind of iffy, um, but there was still was a great turnout. So we had a wonderful turnout at all of our concerts. It was great to see our council members who attended uh the community.
We had a great um uh Oh my gosh, now I'm lost for words. We had great celebrations, lots of people, lots of dancing. Uh the feedback was wonderful from our concert. So uh again, it was a great series, and I have to uh give our thanks to our city staff who do so much work in order to make those happen. But they are a lot of fun and thank you so much for everything that you do for us. I have to get that in there before I forget. Um so we have some great pictures here. And um our city staff, um Mr. Freitas has been great at posting all of these on social media, lots of videos, so it's been a wonderful experience. Um also our street dance uh I think has been was this year was the largest attendance that we've had at the street dance and you could tell when you were there and the amount of people, the chairs, uh the atmosphere was great.
We had wonderful sponsors, food trucks, we had the library bookmobile, we had so many people there and they were so happy to be there. Uh it was a wonderful community celebration. And um it was a lot of fun. We have our picture here with our uh city council and with the band, the Pop Rocks. So we're very much looking forward to our next uh street dance and I will get to um uh Councilmember Jane on our proposal for this next year. Uh the next thing is our home decorating contest and we're gonna start off with our Halloween twenty twenty three.
