Thank you, Madam Mayor. Before I do roll call, I'd like to read into the record that Vice Mayor Becker is attending remotely. Uh in accordance with the Brown Act, Government Code Section five four nine five three B. Vice Mayor Becker's attending tonight's meeting via audio only teleconference. The location from where Vice Mayor is attending was included on the agenda for this meeting. Vice Mayor Becker at this time I ask you to confirm that your agenda for this meeting was posted at your teleconference location and th this location is accessible to the public for this opening session opening portion of the meeting.

For today's meeting, the council's back in person and is conducting its meeting in a hybrid manner. The public is welcome to attend in person, and the city continues to use a Zoom feature to allow participation from the safety of your home or office. Members of the public can still join via the link and/or call into the Zoom meeting phone number. If you would like to speak on an agenda item or during public presentations, please raise your hand on the Zoom application or press star nine on your phone. Please only raise your hand while the item you're seeking to speak on is presented. Staff will enter the name, your name or the last four digits of your phone number and I will call on you to speak.
So we're gonna move on to the council agenda now. So we have um one item on closed session. Uh city at city attorney.
Yes, Madam Mayor, thank you. One item um on the agenda, conference with legal counsel regarding existing litigation. Um the case is the Forty Niners, SC Stadium Company, LLC versus the Santa Clara Stadium Authority, with the JAMS consolidated case number indicated um on the agenda. Um since it's just a closed session meeting tonight, Mayor, um you can adjourn out of closed session, but to the extent um or I'll come out regardless after the closed session into this chambers to communicate to anyone in the room if there was a reportable action as a result of your discussions. And I will also um report out at the April 9th meeting uh tomorrow if there was any such action. Thank you, Madam Mayor.
