All right, thank you. I'd like to call this meeting to order, meeting of the city council authorities and concurrent um stadium authority board meeting to order. Confirmation of a quorum, city clerk.
Thank you, Madam Mayor. Yes, confirming a quorum and just to note for the record, Councilmember Hardy will be joining remotely. Um however at this time she's not yet reached her destination as the agenda has noted, so she will join in once she reaches it.
Okay, thank you. So we have three items for closed sessions. City attorney. Yes, Mayor, three items tonight. One A, B, and C. One A is conference with real property negotiators. Um the property is uh property owned by the city, located east of uh Loyalton and west of Cold Springs and Sierra and and Lawson counties. A number of APNs are identified there. Negotiating parties are the city. Representatives are identified um on the agenda, along with um a couple of reps from uh CBRE, uh negotiating with Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California Feather River Land Trust. Under negotiation, uh price and terms for sale. Um item one B is conference with legal counsel regarding existing litigation, silver versus the city of Santa Clara, case number identified on the agenda.
And finally, council um uh item one C, conference with legal counsel regarding anticipated litigation, uh one potential case. Thank you, madam mayor. All right, thank you. Do we have any public members that would like to comment on our closed session items? Do we have any online city clerk?
