Member Chahal, and Council Member Board Member Jane are both participating remotely under provisions AB 2449, Emergency Circumstance, which prevents them from attending in person. Council Member, Board Member Shahal and Council Member, Board Member Jain will need to participate in this manner and the legislative body must take action by majority vote on the emergency circumstance requested before any votes take place this evening.
