The action on carryover of the f uh fiscal year two thousand twenty-three-twenty-four funding for the operation of a thirty-unit uh ninety private bedrooms, home key interim housing development on Santa Clara County owned land located at the southeast corner of Lawrence Expressway and Benton's Benton Street. Uh sequest statutory exemption under government code sections six five nine one three point four uh SB35 affordable housing projects and approve the related budget amendment.
