Yes, two items, 1A and 1B. 1A is conference with labor negotiators with the city representatives listed on the agenda, the employee organizations to be discussed are Unit 6, AFSCME, Local 101, and Unit 9, Miscellaneous Unclassified Management Employees. Second item, 1B, is public employee and performance evaluation, city attorney.

Please note that as the presiding officer, the mayor's and chair's direction in matters of process and decorum should be followed, and the ease of the gavel indicates all conversations must conclude and everyone in attendance should come to order and attention.
