As a friendly reminder, members of the public have two minutes to speak on an agenda item. And three minutes on public presentations. Again, we don't have that this evening, but if we did, that would be it. Prior to each agenda item, staff will lower your hand to ensure members of the public are seeking to speak on the appropriate agenda item. So before we move on to the council meeting, I just want to say for the public's knowledge that you'll see that we are missing a council member. We had uh council member Anthony Becker, our vice mayor, resign his city council and state him authority po state him authority post. last Friday. So we will that seat will be uh remain vacant until we swear in a new uh district six council member next Tuesday.
Lisa Gillmor 8:39
All right. Um Next, we have our study session, which is our one and only item on the agenda this week this uh evening. A study session on planned FIFA World Cup 2026 matches at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara. We're going to start with our staff presentation, questions from the council, then we'll hear from the Bay Area Host Committee, and then questions, and then go to the public.
