we can summarize. Um the first item one A, conference with real property negotiators, easements for the city's proposed
115 KV transmission project. The properties and the owners are listed below in detail, along with who's representing the city as the city negotiators. Second item one B is conference with legal counsel anticipated litigation, significant exposure to litigation. Number of cases is one. It's a my a mediation matter for resolution with Oracle America Inc. All right, thank you. Do we have any member of the public members of the public, which I don't see anyone here in the council chambers? Do we have anyone online? Assistant City Clerk, uh we have no one online that would like to speak on the closed session item. So we are now going to adjourn to closed session and we'll be back at seven PM. Thank you.

Councilmember Jane, at this time I ask you to confirm that the agenda for this meeting is posted at your teleconference location. It is posted. Thank you.
